A multidisciplinary journey

My journey

My path has not been defined by a single discipline or job title. Learning, running a business, building products and working with teams have gradually shaped the way I work today.

Traces of experience

  1. Study and foundations

    Mathematics, physics and civil engineering

From mathematics and physics to civil engineering

    Beginning civil engineering studies

    2010–11

After mathematics and physics, I began studying civil engineering. Exploring structures and the relationships between their parts helped form a way of thinking that later continued across other disciplines and projects.

  2. Encountering everyday work

    Early working experiences

A small office with real problems

Starting and running a student-services office

    2013–14

During civil engineering studies, running a student-services office brought my first direct experience of customers, time, trust and daily accountability.

    • Customers
    • Time
    • Accountability
Quality includes follow-through and dependability as well as the output.

    Short-term organizational collaboration

I collaborated briefly with a government organization. The experience made the importance of process, precision and follow-through in an organizational setting more tangible.

    • Organizational collaboration
    • Precision
    • Follow-through
A process needs to be controllable and understandable to the person at its receiving end.
  3. Code, a team and an attempt

Computer science and a first product

A change of direction to computer science

    Beginning computer science studies

    2016–17

Entering computer science took my studies from civil engineering into computational structures and programming. This change of direction, which led to a bachelor’s degree in computer science, helped me see structures through another language and understand redirection as part of learning.

A first product: from an unfinished start to Phoenix

Learning Kotlin and forming a team

While studying computer science, learning Kotlin, forming a small team and starting a daily-management application made the distance between a good idea and a lasting product tangible. That first attempt and its team did not reach the intended outcome. But eventually, after several years, the daily-management application became part of Phoenix.

Making exposes assumptions that do not hold. Failure can inform the next decision.
  4. Images and three-dimensional space

    Business and design

    Business, images and three-dimensional space

    Founder of Honar Negare Ghoghnoos

    Honar Negare Ghoghnoos

    2020–21

Starting Honar Negare Ghoghnoos brought running a business together with graphics, content production, learning Blender and experiments in interiors and 3D. These experiences and independent projects took design beyond choosing tools: it became a way to connect an idea, an identity and a project's real needs.

Design offers a way to direct attention and communicate meaning.
  5. People and delivery

    Teamwork and organizational experience

Collaborating with Mensa in human-capital assessment

Active team member in competency and human-capital assessment

    Mensa

    2024–25

During my collaboration with Mensa, I had the opportunity to take part in several large projects as a member of the human-capital and competency-assessment team. Working alongside the team sharpened my understanding of the relationship between people's capabilities, organizational roles and each organization's real needs. The experience helped me understand the importance of coordination, precision and accountability in delivering shared projects. Alongside this collaboration, I also provided technology advice to the company.

    • Team collaboration
    • Competency assessment
    • Technology advice
The quality of organizational work depends on coordination, clear roles and careful follow-through.

    Collaboration with My Clinic

    Healthcare services collaboration

    My Clinic

    2025–26

In the Solar Hijri year 1404 (2025–26), I collaborated with My Clinic for several months. This short experience in a healthcare service setting offered a closer understanding of the sector’s needs and everyday workflow.

  6. The path continues

    Today

From the problem to a path of change

Digital transformation consulting and brand review

Today I connect organizational experience, technology and design in digital transformation consulting and brand review. I focus on real business decisions and the possibilities of AI; programming and personal projects remain a place to test ideas and learn by making.

    • Brand review
    • Programming and design
Working across disciplines matters when it connects thought and execution more effectively.
