People, technology and design
About me
My work takes shape where different experiences meet.
Computer science, running a business, working with teams and years of independent practice have each shaped my perspective. Sometimes I have made an idea usable through code; sometimes I have given it form through design, or encountered responsibility and the everyday flow of work first-hand. Today I connect these experiences in digital transformation consulting and brand review in the age of AI, while continuing to make, design and explore.

Experience, beyond a job title
The fields I have worked in.
These fields are not separate to me. Each has added a way of understanding, communicating and making to my work.
Business and management
Running a student-services office and establishing Honar Negare Ghoghnoos brought experience of customers, priorities and responsibility for getting work done: a place where decisions need to make sense in practice.
Teams and human capital
As a member of Mensa’s human-capital and competency-assessment team, I participated in several large projects. The experience made coordination and the relationship between people’s capabilities and an organization’s actual needs more tangible.
The organizational collaboration experienceProgramming, products and AI
Computer science and building personal applications form the technical foundations of my work. From daily planning to translation tools, I am interested in software that supports a real activity. I consider AI in that same context.
Brand design and content
Logo and visual-identity design, graphics and content production are part of my years of independent and freelance work. I consider how an image relates to a brand’s character and the message it needs to communicate.
Modeling and spatial visualization
Through three-dimensional modeling and rendering, I have made facade and interior ideas visible. Working with form, materials and light is a practice in observing details and showing how the parts of a space relate.
Art and creative exploration
Not every experiment begins with a commission or a predefined result. Making and testing leave room for curiosity: learning a new tool, trying a visual language and noticing possibilities that are not yet clear.
From experience to a way of working
The disciplines changed; the curiosity remained.
When I code, I think about who will use it. When I design, I consider what can be built; when I manage, how decisions connect to action. Moving between these experiences helps me avoid seeing a question through only one discipline.
- UNDERSTAND
Understanding the problem before choosing a solution
Before choosing a tool or solution, I examine the actual situation, needs and influential relationships to clarify which problem is worth pursuing.
- SIMPLIFY
What actually matters?
Simplifying does not mean removing important details. It means making priorities, constraints and the decisions ahead clearer.
- TRANSFORM
How could it be made differently?
I bring the idea closer to something visible or usable: a first version that can be discussed, tested and improved through real experience.
Sometimes the question itself needs another look.
- A technology problemmay actually be a process problem.
- A branding problemmay actually be a positioning problem.
- An AI opportunitymay actually be a workflow problem.
Working principles
A few simple principles for taking the work seriously.
Dependability
Responsibility goes beyond delivery; the result needs to be dependable.
Only the complexity needed
Complexity is worthwhile only when it is needed.
Testing in practice
An idea becomes serious when it can be tested in practice.
